Ever wondered how you can improve your exercise technique or what to focus your attention on through movements? Our Masterclasses will cover a range of topics to provide you with some extra knowledge and skill to get the most out of your exercise.
You will have 50 minutes with one of our Physiotherapists in this class, as with all of our classes, we encourage you to ask anything you are unsure about.
These classes are easily modified for those with physical limitations. If you have current or past injuries or concerns that have not been diagnosed, or if you would prefer an assessment before attending a Return Pilates class, we encourage you to book a one-on-one assessment with Malvern Physiotherapy Clinic.
