We want you to feel at home when you visit our Pilates studio to complete your first Pilates Class. Before you visit us for the first time, we want you to feel empowered with the knowledge of what you can expect from our studio and team.

All of our class types run for 50 mins are designed in collaboration with our Physio team ensuring we provide you with the safest routines we can.

What to Wear

Wear anything that allows you to move! We suggest clothes that are not too loose. Your shoes and belongings can be stored in a secure locker space while you are in class. We ask that you wear socks in the Pilates studio. Grip socks are ideal and are available to purchase when you arrive.

WHAT TO BRING

We have just about everything you need - friendly instructors, state of the art reformer Pilates beds, lockers, restrooms, and a warm and friendly reception where you can enjoy a cup of herbal tea. We have a filtered water on tap so you can fill up your own water bottle. Don’t forget your bestie!

GETTING TO US

You can find us upstairs at 293 Wattletree Road, Malvern  East. We’re straight above the Victorian Dental Group.

Train: Malvern station is 1.3km from our studio
Tram & Bus: The #5 tram line and #624 bus route stops on the corner of Wattletree and Tooronga Roads.

WHERE TO PARK

There is ample parking on Wattletree Road and the surrounding streets. Please be wary of the clearway times on Wattletree Road. Please see below for a detailed map.
