PILATES CLASS + STRETCHING FLOWS

Stretch is Advanced Beginner (Lvl 2), designed for those who already attend regular classes at our studio and are looking to explore deeper levels of flexibility and mobility. Using the reformer for resistance, you will be safely guided through stretches and flows designed to lengthen and mobilise your muscles.

This class will challenge your muscle strength, control, and endurance through various positions you'll work through. Experience the joy of stretching and releasing your body's tight areas under the guidance of our experienced instructors. Stretch is a perfect class to leave you feeling fresh, free & ready to relax into your afternoon/night.

For most people, stretching is a perfect way to reduce tight and tense muscles, increases flexibility and aids in recovery. However, it is important to note that stretching places stress on joints and soft tissues while elongating muscles. We recommend you have attended several of our foundation beginner level classes to develop good muscle strength, control and body awareness prior to booking into a stretch class.
