Kristina completed her Pilates training back in 2014 and has been teaching all different styles since; including mat, studio, reformer, clinical and dance conditioning.
Kristina's classes are jam-packed with exercises designed to leave you smiling from head to toe!
With her extensive knowledge of how the body works, Kristina is passionate about helping you keep your body healthy and strong for everyday life.
Alongside Pilates, Kristina has an extensive background in professional dance, dance teaching as well as personal training.
Fun fact: You may have seen Kristina as captain for Melbourne Storm Cheerleading Squad back in the early 2010’s
