Originally from Adelaide, Sophie found herself constantly injured as a dancer and started Pilates as a part of her recovery where she never looked back!
Knowing first-hand the benefits of Pilates for functional movement, Sophie loves that Pilates is accessible for everyone.

Sophie is dedicated to helping you find what feels good for your body. Her goal is for you to experience joy and mindfulness while moving in her classes. Sophie understands the benefits of Pilates for functional movement, and she's excited to share it with you.

Sophie is also a qualified nutritionist and has a degree in musical theatre- keep your eyes peeled for her name appearing in upcoming shows!
